copper tank
Hi, someone had the idea on another thread of using a copper tank, cut down, as a planter in the garden. I thought it was a lovely idea, it'll age nicely.

Blood stains-when all else fails...

I had the same problem a few years back and nothing really got rid of the stain completely, so I cheated and put some white gloss paint on it, I found it easier to say it was a painting...

Clothes Line cover
My Dad puts a sheet of builders polythene over the line, just pegs it down. It costs very little and it does the job, and you can fold it away when it's not raining. Simples!
