Hi Bubbles,
To edit your User Profile, click on the "User CP" button (User Control Panel button) on the dark blue bar at the top of this page you're on now.
Then choose "Edit Profile" from the dropdown box on the left.
The "Location" box is in the section called "A few words about yourself."
