Certainly not! All items on JumbleTown have to be of some use -- that jacket is utterly useless. As for the "slacks"! Bertie wore better "trunzers" when he was Minister for Labour.
Apparently he got the slacks and jacket from "Louis Copeland" (Gentlemen's Outfitters) in Capel Street, Dublin, though "not at the same time," a member of staff is reported to have said.
Anyway, enough of that: I have to go off and update the "List of Prohibited Items" in the JumbleTown User Guide just in case anyone gets a notion...
