Hi Shiny,
Admin recommends that Members should respond to all PMs. However, in the case of very popular items,
this may not always be practicable, so a general note/post by Givers on the public forum ad should inform all potential Takers re: the point that has been reached in the Giving and Taking process. The "Available/Reserved/Taken" status box should also be used to indicate the item's status to potential Takers.
Givers have 3 days in which to respond to requests from potential Takers on the public forum. If no response is fothcoming, the ad is archived/removed from the public forum.
