Hi lindaloo, and K.C,

We already have guidelines requesting people to update their ad on the public forum - unfortunately not everyone does.

We are looking at including a new "Reserved" status, which will allow you to see at a glance that an item is in the process of being Taken.

The Private Messaging area also has a reminder (in green font) for Givers to update their public ad.

UPDATE: October: Members can now mark their item as "Reserved."
