Hi Kiara,
Items that are Reserved for more than 6 days without an update will continue to be archived by Admin.
Ads can stay Reserved on the Forum for as long as it takes for the item to be passed on
as long as the Givers keep potential Takers and Admin up-to-date as to what's happening. Givers simply have to write a note on the thread such as "Still awaiting SAE" or "To be collected on January 3rd" etc.
