Hi Kitty,
Members should not put any of their private contact details on the public forum.
Some Members post their phone number in the belief that it will speed up the Giving and Taking process but this is not something that Admin encourages, though for practical reasons, we have to tolerate it. (It's impossible to monitor every sentence in every post on every thread in every forum.)
So, the issue of contact details on the public forum is dealt with in the form of advice, not a rule.
