Hobbit style house

Hi all just wondering if anyone knows of any hobbit style houses that are built in ireland. Ive shown one in this link but if you google hobbit houses youl get a better idea of what i mean.. also looking to hear from any young budding architect that may know about this kind of thing and any possible planning issues or laws covering this topic.. i plan to build one in the coming months ( possibly years lol) and would welcome any info possible..

i think this house is amazing it cost £3000 sterling to build and a lot of hard graft but the result is excellant especially since it was done in 3 months.. dont know about you but that looks like how i want to live.. well done that man
