Replacing bits in cars

Hi ALL

Are there places available that have engines???

My engine is frigged and needs to be repleced or else have to buy another car.

The car is in perfect condition except for the engine and would be such a waste to get rid of it.

Is is easy to get a replacement engine for a 1.4 Bora. I think a 1.4 Golf engine may be ok as well.

There must be one available somewhere - reuse and recycle!!!..and save me lots of money..and better for the environment.

Hi Chakes,

If you type into the google search engine vw bora engine 1.4 you will get a list of breakers that could help you.

You dont say where you are ... but there are several, look at the car breakers thread and i have put the telephone numbers of ones i have used and can fully reccomend.
