Allotments

Hi
I am looking for some advice on planting organic vegetables on an allotment. eg companion planting, crop rotation, how-to guides etc. I have just started on my own plot in Co Wicklow and it is incredibly good fun.
By the way, has anybody noticed the explosion of new schemes of allotments around the country. There is a TV program on RTE tonight called Corrigan's city farm about allotments too.
