Default Closed Thread

Hi,

This is my first time to put up an item and I seem to have inadvertently 'closed' the Thread on a posting that I added yesterday. What does this mean now? Does it mean that no one can post an interest in my article?. Can this 'closed' thread be undone or do I need to put up a new post for my article?

thanks

Hi phyl,

To Open/Close an ad, click on "Thread Tools" at the top right of your ad (above the date). Choose the relevant option from the dropdown box and then click "Perform Action" at the bottom of the dropdown box.

Even if a thread or ad is closed/locked, Members can still send you PMs (Private Messages) by clicking on your User Name. However, public posts can't be made on closed/locked ads/threads.

Regards
