Default upping sticks again

yes i am...hope for the very last time.
have a property in mind, the architect says it looks 'sad' but sound.. i think it a cutie but it does look sad. the biggest thing is that they converted the attic to bedrooms but they didnt do it to standard legal requirements.
and the rooms on the ground floor are small. i have a neurdegenerative disorder and was wondering is it a BIG job to biff out non retaining walls so that it is more wheelchair friendly and how could i utilize two wonderful rooms the guy made in the attic space. i was hoping to house a student there, i would need the cash as all my money now is going into this property.
anti social behaviour here in this social housing unit has forced this move and twin is helping me on giving me some dosh. still short of the short fall but possible as it is. all advice really needed on this before i expire from bloody stress....!
