Default Marble effect paint on small table and chair

These were going to hit the dump but I got them in time and done a marble effect paint. There's the before/after photos.

Wow, wow, wow! I've always wanted to try this but never found a suitable piece of furniture. I can't believe how they turned out, it's amazing. You really have some talent there, extremely artistic. Well done!

Default Faux Marble Explained

Thank you all for all your praising. It all started when I was looking into google for marble effect tiles and by mistake I found this article about "Faux marble paint". I got so fascinated, I started looking for more documentation on this subject. The best article I found was here:

I have experimented first on a second hand timber fire surround, I haven't that fitted yet in the house - but I am just posting the photos here to see the stages.
