Well as far as I know, my parents use the recycling centre in Coolock, Dublin each week, and don't pay a penny. I'll check again though. They recycle all sorts of things too.

I only today recycled green waste and it is 12e per van load, no other entry fee. And it would have been 25e per van if I had any other items with me other than whites and jars etc.
