Default Requesting Items for Charity

Members should note the following addition to the site's user policy:

In future, all who request items for charity should clearly state the name of the charity in question. Apart from being a free ad for the charity, providing a name helps to clarify the bona fides/good intentions of the Taker (lest there be any doubt).

>>>>
Admin is also aware that some JumbleTowners are involved in unofficial charitable endeavours e.g. collecting for a needy neighbour, relative, hospital, orphanage, or even people who don't have (regular) access to the internet. We advise these Members to give brief (but discreet) details concerning their good work in their post. "Sad stories" are not allowed -- simply state the situation and describe the item you are seeking.
<<<<<<

And just to remind everyone, JumbleTown itself is NOT a charity site.
