drawer unit fix

I've a large unit in bedroom and one section is a chest of drawers and the drawers are 'dropping' onto each other. I bought new plastic slide that I thought would sort the problem but the drawers had a tiny plastic thing on side that I think connected into these slides and I cannot source them anywhere. Anyone any suggestions how I could fix this problem?
