Default waste oil heater

have a 4m by 4m studio well insulated, would like to heat it with waste oil. but the companies I have asked in ireland all say the burners are too big. anyone know of someone who makes smaller ones/home made? I would not try myself as I dont know how. any suggestions would be great thanks

waste oil can be burned in a conventional burner if it is preheated and mixed with one part diesil to two parts waste oil,

there was a man in monaghan making an imersion you put in the tank to preheat the mix,

ill see if i can dig up his number
