The stove sounds like a great idea. I love my fire and any house I've lived in I've always made sure that I'm able to light the fire. My thinking is that should all else fail (electricity, oil etc)...

Same here. I prefer to see who's interested on the thread rather than receiving loads of pm's. That way I can keep my pm's for contact information etc. IMO it just makes things simpler
