Private messages

For a while I have been emailed asking to respond to private messages that have been sent but I havent got any in a while. I's say people are sending me PMs because I have been offering stuff but there just not getting to my inbox. Can you please fix at your convenience.

Hi taz_arat,

Your account is configured to receive PMs.

The system indicates that your PM box currently has 4 PMs in your Outbox (that you have sent) and none in your Inbox (recently received from others). Historic PM records indicate that you received 3 PMs last month re: your red couch.

You may be confusing PMs with updates/notification emails that you automatically receive when Members respond to an ad/thread that you have placed or subscribed to. Any help?

Hi Chris,

Ya it sounds like it could be a response to a post I wrote. I still cant find the response in the threads though. Ill leave it another while and if I cant figure it out I might ask again later.

Hi taz_arat,

The most likely reason why a post can't be viewed on a thread is that the poster has deleted it later on.
