![]() I collected some wool for my mother and this is what she made with it. She stuffed the cushions with the filling from an old duvet and made the covers out of an old sheet.
(I taught her all she knows, btw ;)) |

![]() Lovely work Narizota. Your mum is a keeper!!! I once tried to make a crochet bedspread but when it came to joining the squares together I wasn't the neatest so it looked rubbish. What's your mum's secret for joining squares?

![]() Gorgeous rugs here, lovely and colourful.
I read something recently about woollen fibre duvets(as opposed to acrylic ones which is all I can afford). They're natural and breathable and all that; and I wondered if it was feasible to knit one. It wouldn't matter what it looks like, it'll be inside the cover; maybe a few bulky knit strips stitched together? It'd be a good project for recycling old woolly jumpers... Mandolin |
