I had these IKEA balls from last year and they just looked too plain so after looking at all the wonderful christmas decorations that people share on their blogs I decided to change these boring balls into yummy cupcakes.
I bought the silicone cases in Dunnes for €4 and the "icing" is Crayolas Model Magic. It is expensive but you get 4 bags in the tub and when it drys its like foam. My kids loved playing with it. Before it dryed I added some beads. I have them sitting on a cake stand in the kitchen and they look good enough to eat. |
